Assembly member Jerry Hill will be in Pescadero on Friday, July 8th from 9:00 – 11:30 AM. This is an opportunity for Pescadero residents to share the opportunities and challenges of working, living and doing business on the South Coast. Refreshments will be served at the gathering to be held at the Cindy’s Pescadero Country Store.

Thursday between 5pm and 8pm, Pescadero’s own certified farmers’ market.

Pescadero Coastal Classic Bicycle Race – 2011

A head’s up to the local Pescadero are residents: Saturday, June 18th is the Alto Velo Pescadero Coastal Classic Bicycle Race. The course takes the riders from Pescadero High School through town, down and over Stage Road, up 84 to La Honda, then onto Pescadero Road and finishes at the top of Haskins’ Hill.
The good news? It’s a benefit for South Coast Children’s Service. So it’s all good.

Pescadero Arts & Fun Festival – 2011
It’s almost time for the biggest event in Pescadero! That’s right, the Pescadero Arts & Fun Festival!
This year, 2011, the Festival will be on August 20th and 21st. The hours are from 10 am to 6 pm both days. And will be in the usual place, the IDES Grounds at the southern end of Stage Road.
For those not in the know, the festival includes a fine art show in the IDES Hall, handmade goods from an assortment of artisans, food and drinks and live entertainment throughout, a ‘kids area’, and the always popular and anticipated Sunday Fashion Extravaganza.
All proceeds benefit local youth programs.
